As a Certified EFT Tapping Practitioner & a career firefighter, I’ve learned that education on the affects of stress & emotional regulation is paramount to success within any industry.
Firefighting taught me something that no certification program ever could: what it actually looks like when a human being has to function at full capacity under genuine, sustained, life-or-death pressure. What I observed, in myself and in the people around me, is that performance under pressure is not a personality trait. It is a trained physiological state.
EFT Tapping gave me access to that trained physiological state, and the more I brought it into my work with individuals and organisations, the clearer it became that this is the missing piece in almost every high-performance environment I had ever seen.
I came to this work because I needed it. I built Full Capacity because the organisations I care about need it too.
I am based in the Southern Highlands, NSW. I work with business owners, leadership teams, and organisations across Australia and internationally, working virtually and delivering the Full Capacity program as a licensed corporate intervention, as well as working privately with executives through one-on-one sessions.
My Approach
Most corporate wellbeing interventions treat stress as a mindset problem but my approach starts somewhere different.
Stress is a biological event. It happens in the body before it happens in the mind, and it leaves a biological residue that accumulates over time, quietly shaping every decision, every conversation, and every leadership call your people make. Until it is addressed at that level, the thinking work sits on an unstable foundation.
The Full Capacity approach works in three movements:
AWARENESS
The first is awareness - helping your people understand what is actually happening in their nervous system under pressure, why it happens, and what it is costing them individually and collectively.
REGULATION
The second is regulation - using EFT and somatic tools to directly interrupt and discharge the stress response at the neurological level. This is where the measurable change in cortisol, sleep, decision quality, and emotional bandwidth comes from.
CAPACITY
The third is capacity - building what I call the Capacity Capsule. Expanding what your people can hold within the workplace without accumulating damage or stress patterns. This is not about becoming less ambitious or less driven, it is about building an internal infrastructure that is equal to the external demands of the role.
The result is not just a ‘‘calmer workforce’’, it is a more functional one. People who make clearer decisions, communicate with less reactivity, recover faster from high-pressure events, and stay within their role longer are the force behind a powerful organisation.
